This month, we're proud to feature Acutec Precision Aerospace, Inc. , one of EPACC's tenants since 2008 and a leader in aerospace manufacturing.
🚀 Biggest Accomplishment?
Acutec's journey is a testament to resilience and innovation. In 2018, they established their M2 facility at Crawford Business Park to support a customer's defense program. After investing more than $10.7 million into the facility, the program unexpectedly ended in 2021. Rather than backing down, Acutec transformed the facility into a Landing Gear Center of Excellence in 2022. Just one year later, they earned a supplier performance award from global aerospace customer Safran for achieving 100% on-time delivery and 100% quality performance.
💡 What might surprise people about Acutec?
Many assume Acutec operates like a traditional machine shop, but their approach is much broader. As an employee-owned company, they bring a unique level of innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving to aerospace manufacturing. Their team thrives on producing high-mix, flight-critical components and continually finding new ways to meet the evolving needs of their customers.
