The Economic Progress Alliance manages three conference room facilities in Meadville. These are the William J. Douglass, Jr. Corporate Conference Center, the Donald E. Dillon Conference Room and the Bessemer Second Floor Conference Rooms. These conference rooms are available to the public to rent for business meetings or functions.
The William J. Douglass Jr. Conference Center provides a 1,644 square foot conference and meeting area that can be set up in a variety of ways. Included in the rental of the space is a large kitchen equipped to handle catering needs. Equipment available for use includes an LCD projector and drop-down screen, a laptop for presentations, a podium and microphone, and whiteboards. The conference room also has wireless internet available.
The Dillon Conference Room is a meeting area located in the Donald E. Dillon Gallery & Center. Amenities available include wireless internet, an LCD projector and drop-down screen, a laptop for presentations and a podium. The large conference table provides seating for up to fourteen people. The Dillon Conference Room is located beside Veronica’s Café, which allows for a convenient breakfast or lunch option for your group.
The Loft Conference Room and Creekside Conference Room are newly renovated modern spaces located above the main level of the Alliance’s offices on Bessemer Street. There are two rooms available to accommodate your needs depending on group size and use. Both conference rooms have wireless internet access available.
